As an external Astech Associate, Jackie brings her proven track record in delivering Change Management services to the benefit of Astech’s clients. These encompass scoping, designing and delivering strategic projects, assessing progress towards realisation, and achieving measured improvements.  

Jackie has thirteen years of IT Project Management experience and is also a qualified accountant.  Jackie has a strong retail background with specific expertise in Epos rollout, CSR, Stock Accounting and Finance Systems replacement, mergers and acquisitions and business transformation programs. Her experience in Program Management has seen her successfully deliver £multi-million-business change and IT projects.  Jackie practices Prince 2 methodology.
