Implementing ITIL

How? That all depends! You see, you’ll be gratified to know that you’re not the same as any of our other clients. However, what is the same is that we’ll make sure the end result of the project is a success, and we’ll make sure we can measure that fact as well.

As we always like to emphasise, ITIL is a framework – it’s not about scrapping everything and imposing some rigid, theoretical processes on your business. It’s about understanding what we want to achieve, assessing where we currently are, understanding how we want to get to our endpoint, and then measuring to find out if we’ve arrived.
