It is not in Astech's nature to provide 'static' assistance and support to clients. Wherever possible, Astech will continuously look for ways that the system can be optimised and improved. Acting in an advisory capacity, Astech will bring such issues to the attention of the business through the Support Service Manager.

All systems and features are installed by qualified engineers. As part of our installation service all features will be configured and made operational. This means, for example, that disks are added to ASPs and LAN cards are given a description and IP address. This eliminates the need for customers to carry out unfamiliar tasks within dedicated service tools or system service tools.
